These terms govern your use of sortino.app and, at launch, the Sortino app, and form an agreement between you and Sortino LLC. By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use Sortino.
Sortino is an AI trading-discipline coach. It connects read-only to your trading account, watches your trading against the rules you set, and — the moment you break one — shows you your own words. It also shows you what past rule breaks already cost. It witnesses and reminds; it does not trade. That is all it does.
Sortino is not a financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary, and nothing it produces is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. It gives no signals, predictions, recommendations, or guarantees. It cannot and will not place, modify, or block trades — it can flag a rule break, never prevent one. Trading carries substantial risk of loss, up to and including your entire capital. Every trading decision is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
Sortino is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your place and, if you choose, your founding rate. It creates no obligation to buy, and nothing is charged during early access.
At launch Sortino costs $29/month or $290/year (USD). The first 500 members to activate at launch lock a founding rate of $19/month; after the first 500, standard pricing applies, and waitlist order decides the cohort. “For life” means the founding rate stays with you for as long as your subscription remains continuously active and we operate the service; it does not survive cancellation.
There is no free trial. Instead, every plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee: if Sortino is not for you, one email within 14 days of your first charge refunds that charge in full.
At launch you may connect a brokerage account using a read-only investor password. This grants Sortino visibility into your positions and history only; it can never trade on your behalf. You may disconnect and delete those credentials at any time.
Please use Sortino as intended. Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse the AI, resell access, or attempt to breach security or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Sortino, its name, brand, and content are our intellectual property. Your data — your answers, profile, and trading history — remains yours, and you can delete it at any time.
Sortino runs on third-party infrastructure and connects, at your direction, to your broker. We are not responsible for the acts, outages, or decisions of those third parties, including your broker or prop firm, which are outside our control and governed by their own terms.
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Sortino, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using Sortino at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before any formal action, email us at hello@sortino.app so we can try to resolve it; any dispute that remains will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
