We collect what you give us: your first name, email address, age range, and your answers to the trader self-assessment. We use them for exactly one thing — shaping the coaching content Sortino sends you. We do not sell, share, or trade this data with anyone.

Coaching emails are delivered through Loops; every email carries an unsubscribe link. To delete everything we hold about you, reply to any email we send or write to hello@sortino.app — deletion covers your waitlist record, your answers, and your profile.

At launch, connecting a trading account uses your broker's read-only investor password. Credentials are encrypted at rest, never shared, and deletable from the app with one tap.
